At Travelers we believe prevention is better than cure. We have an in-house team of highly qualified and experienced risk managers, providing practical guidance to help our customers head off problems before they arise.

We work in close partnership with our policyholders to improve the safety and security of their property, products, employees, customers and other assets.

As well as offering specialist consultancy, we produce a range of publications including Code Red, a quarterly magazine covering risk management and claims issues, and access to TravSources, an exciting new collection of safety and risk management resources, through the secure area of our website. We also hold conferences and seminars for customers and supporting brokers.

Risk management funding for larger clients

As part of our commitment to provide larger clients with risk management support, we can offer a contribution of up to 2% of the initial premium towards agreed risk management improvements. To qualify, a client must be paying an annual premium of at least £50,000 and have a three-year loyalty agreement with the company.

Typical initiatives include:

fire or intruder alarm systems
fire protection systems
physical or electronic security enhancements
disaster recovery planning consultancy fees
specific health and safety initiatives
health and safety audit consultancy
electrical inspection or thermographic imaging

Free consultancy for larger clients

For selected larger clients, we can provide one or more days of free risk management consultancy, to support their existing programme or to train staff on specific topics.
